The market is trading higher in the afternoon with LOW volume. The advance came from the fact that cease fire between Isreal and Lebanon, well as as the lower price of oil because of the cease fire. The gains are impressive, but the volume is lacking. However the NYSE has much higher volume than Nasdaq. This indicates more traders want bigger cap stocks than tech and small stocks.
The downtrend of the market still has not changed yet based on the trading patterns we got from the past few weeks. I believe once Nasdaq is hitting 2100, it has a very good chance of hitting back again. Keep your cash.
