The market closed up very strongly with the powerful volume on a follow thru day. The up momentum will carry the market in the coming days short term. Since momentum is the name of the game today, I started buying stocks today with more to buy tomorrow. I believe tech stocks are a buy for now. But do not buy into the weak stocks, buy only quality stocks. One example of quality stock is (PEP) for big cap, (NGPS) for small cap, (DTLK) is even less cap, and (HITT) med cap stock.

Avoid stocks like (CTRN), (MED).
