Friday's Afternoon Stocks to Watch

The market is trading slightly lower today. The DOW broke below the 12000 mark because one of the DOW component (CAT) is down about $9. (CAT) announced disappointing earning because less demands from its products. Its products are very dependent on construction spendings, such as housing construction. Because the housing boom is over and there are more houses on the market than demand.

On the other hand, the intenet king, (GOOG) announced much better than expected result last night. Obviously there is more growth in the new economy than the old. Watch for new names to pop up in the coming weeks.
