The stock markets are trading a higher at 2:45 pm EST. This is the 4th attempt rally started last Wednesday. Breadth was positive with advancers beating decliners by almost 3-to-1 on the NYSE and about 2-to-1 on the Nasdaq. The volume is on track to surpass yesterday's volume. If we can recover all yesterday's volume, it would be positive for the bulls.
Keep your watch list handy. If the tide turns, we buy some stocks.
