The stock markets are trading higher at 3:15 pm EST. This is the third day of rally for the week. The good news came from the personal spending climbed 0.6% announced this morning, the fastest growth rate in three months, but slightly less than the estimates of a 0.7% rise. But volume has slowed as compared to normal trading days. I would not be very bullish right now because of the low volumes for today and yesterday. Today is maybe the day to sell off some of my positions in case something happens over the weekend. I am neutral right now. No buyings for me.
