The market looks like it will open slightly higher today from the strength from oversea markets. I believe the the price of oil is still a factor, the upward bias today may go away if the more uncertainty from the oil market. Care is necessary right now. Speculative stock (VICL) is the big mover today. News on positive result from test trial has reported. This issue can be very risky, the company is losing a lot of money. Play with the money you can afford to lose on this one.
