The market is trading higher toward to the close today. Volume on the Nasdaq is somewhat lacking but still higher than Friday's pace. Volume on NYSE is heavy as compared to typical trading day. The key for the turn around is probably due to the speech from the Dallas Fed. Here is the quote: "the recent tempering of U.S. economic growth to a more sustainable rate ... should act to lower the inflation rate over time."
