IAAC Is Dropping Fast

International Assets Holding Corp. (IAAC) is dropping fast this morning as soon as it opened. The drop was probably due to the fact that it is issuing $27 Million in Senior Subordinated Convertible Notes. It has the conversion rate of $25.50. Could this be the bad entry for current shareholders? I dumped my shares after it dropped $2. I will re-visit this issue after the dust settles.
