The stock markets are trading higher at 2:20pm EST. It was down at the open for the tech heavy Nasdaq market after the delay announcement of the Windows Operating System by Microsoft (MSFT). Then Nasdaq shrugged off the bad news and went higher in the afternoon. With the price of oil dropping, I believe this market has more legs to the upside if price of oil is remain to be lower than $60 per barrel. (NOIZ) has been featured for the past few sessions, this is the leader in the making. Put it on your stocks to be watched list.
