The stock markets are trading relatively flat at 2:10 pm EST. Not much fluctuation is going on thru the day. Most of the traders are waiting for Fed Chairman Ben Bernanke's talk this evening at the Economic Club of New York. Volume has been slowed as compared to any other trading days.
