Is the Market Back?

After several severe down days in the past couple weeks, it came back with over 2% gains on all markets with higher volumes yesterday. The question is "is the market back yet?" So far the market is cooperating with the bulls. I want to see the next few trading session to be less volume on the down days, and more volumes on the upside before commit deeper money into the market. Right now maybe just test the water with very small amount of money. Sit tight and watch.
