The market is trading flat in the afternoon after the morning strong run up. A reversal from the uptrend, not a good sign to have for the bulls. Fortunately volume is not too strong today.
(GMKT) is still on its up roaring trend from yesterday up momentum. Its volume has more than 10 times the normal volume on the breakout. It is the stock to be reckoned with.

Tuesday's Afternoon Stocks to Watch
The market is trading lower in the afternoon but off the worst level of the day after the Labor Department reported that the Producer Price Index, a measure of inflation at the wholesale level, jumped 2 percent in November. It is the biggest jump in over 30 years. The fear is definitely there. Also adding to investor fear, the stock market in Thailand dropped almost 50% Tuesday after the Thai government on Monday announced controls on foreign investment.
The good news is that the volume is not accelerating to the downside. The pace of trading is slower than normal. That means the sell off is an orderly fashion. Furthermore, we came back from the low of the day. I would not sell any position unless the position is broken to the downside with massive volume. Sit tight and see.

The market is trading higher in the afternoon. The market has never looked ever since it opened up this morning after the employment report this morning. The bulls are roaring back with buying powers. Unfortunately the volume is bit low as compared to other trading days. I need another more volume up confirmation before buying more here. The market is trading lower in the afternoon ahead of the FED rate decision meeting at 2:15 pm. Volume for Nasdaq and NYSE are on-track to be lower than Monday's pace. The light volume to the downside is not too significant to the traders. Unless the volume starts to accelerate to the downside after the FED announcement. Then we will have to worry about what positions to sell. In the meantime, sit tight.

Thursday's Afternoon Stocks to Watch
The market is trading slightly lower in the afternoon. Volume for Nasdaq is on-track to higher than Wednesday's volume, while NYSE is about the same as yesterday.
(OMRI), a biotech stock mentioned yesterday, is still up another $1 to a new high. (AKAM) another high flyer in the big cap arena, is up about $3.
Most of the traders are waiting for the unemployment number to be announced tomorrow morning. This number is so crucial that it can make the market up or down based on the if the job market is too hot or too soft. Watch for the volume spike in either direction tomorrow. It will guide us on how to trade out stocks.

Wednesday's Afternoon Stocks to Watch
The market is trading slightly lower in the afternoon. Volume for Nasdaq and NYSE are on-track to be lower than Tuesday's pace. This is just another mere correction in the making. Market action is somewhat constructive for the past few sessions.
As I have promised before, another big gainer in the making, (OMRI), a biotech stock with great earning and revenues for the past few quarters and expect higher earnings in the future, is up over $2.5 to almost $34. This recent IPO came in the public at around $10. It is already triple in less than a year. It was mentioned on my blog when it was trading around in the mid teens. Another doubler for my profolios. I expect this stock to go even higher when the earning comes out early next year. Stay tune on this high flyer.

The market is trading slightly higher in the afternoon. Volume for Nasdaq and NYSE are on-track to be higher than Monday's pace. If both market can keep up the gains with higher volume, then this is a bullish sign for the bulls.

Monday's Afternoon Stocks to Watch
The market is trading higher in the afternoon. The Nasdaq market is up over 1.5%, DOW is up about 70 points despite the down side for (PFE). Unfortunately the volume for today is on track to be slower than last Friday as well as typical trading day. Hopefully we can see a strong up follow-thru day in the coming days.

Friday's Afternoon Stocks to Watch
The market is trading badly to the downside in the afternoon. It started flat, but it was trading down all day without any good bounce. The weakness came from the report showing a slowdown in manufacturing activity announced this morning. The closely followed ISM manufacturing index fell to 49.5 in November from 51.2 in October, the lowest since April of 2003. Economists expected 52. Readings below 50 signify contraction.
Volume is trading higher than yesterday's volume. A bad sign for the bulls. Play defensive now.
