Friday Stocks to Watch

The market is trading slightly lower after several days of winning streak. Volume has slower down as compared to the previous days. China stocks have taken a break for now after a series strong up days. I believe this can be the fifth ending baseball game. It is getting closer to the finish ending.

Stocks worth watching are:
(SSTR) - Up over 100% at the high of the day. Another cheap stock in the tech sector. It is publisher of the popular "FlatOut" game. Earning is amazing. It guides over $40 million in the coming year, yet the stock market cap is about $50 million. It is very cheap.
(NTWK) - another winner from my profolio, refer to yesterday's blog.
(FSLR) - new factory will be built in Malaysia.
(HOLX) - the Cramer profiled stock last night.

NetSol Technologies Inc (NTWK) is a Cheap Growth Engine

After the FED rate cut last couple weeks ago. The market is in the uptrend now. With Chinese stocks are having the biggest potential. It is the .com era for the Chinese stocks. Any time you buy China related, it is going up. Stocks such as (JRJC), (CPSL), and (CBAK) are going up without any slow in demand for these stocks. Play them while they are hot! Get out whenever you see the trend is heading down. Chinese Stocks are Hot!

One stock I particularly like is NetSol Technologies Inc (NTWK). It is the cheap China related stock. Why? It is about $2.80 as I am typing this blog. It is the IT business but selling it in China. It is a growth and small cap stock. The revenue growth for last quarter was at a whopping 78% from previous year. Earning was $0.07 up from lost of last year. During the conference call, the management was indicating demand was there in China. Again the key is CHINA. Buy it while it is still cheap! Take a look of the volume lately, it is usually over 1 million as compared to less than 100K typical. That is more, insiders are buying the stocks as well. I am in the stock as well and bought some today. Go (NTWK).

Thursday Stocks to Watch

With the market in the undecided state, we can perhaps can take advantage of the volatility. When the market is down big and turns around, we can buy; and sell when the market is up big and turns around, we can sell. I have been playing around with it for some success rate.

Look for the stocks with highest beta, stocks such as (RIMM), (AAPL), (TNH). Create a watch list is also important when the market turns.
